L I V E / W O R K: 22nd Street Lofts
The renovation of a former Textile Mill (circa 1894) into four lofts (2,300 sq. ft. each) was accomplished with a modest budget that suggested industrial simplicity: metal stair, sealed concrete floors, service cores rimmed in translucent lexan and flexible shelves are woven into the existing envelope.
